The "Yahoo
Club" Was Formed In October Of 2003 By
The Center's General Manager,Bob Tansley And Mechanic
Tim "Ace" Squires. Recruitment Of Members
Started
Immediately, And By December, 2003, We Had Well Over
50 Plus That Filled Out Applications To Join. The
Requirements To Join Is A Fairly Simple Process, All
You
Have To Do Is Be Yourself And You Must Have Done At
Least "2 Stupid Things" In A Row. We Are
Always
"Looking" For New Members Every Night Of The
Week, So
If You Are Asked To Join The Club, That Means
Our
Membership Committee Has Spotted You Doing What You
Do Best, And Thats Being A Yahoo!!!!
On Feburary 22, 2004, We Inaugurated The First Ever
Yahoo Invitational Bowling Tournament. It Was Recieved
Very Well, And Everyone That Participated Had The Times Of
Their Lives. The Club Bowled, And There Was Also Food And
Drink. The Bowling Consisted Of A Three Game Block With
The Low Game Total Score Winning The Tournament.
The 2004 Winner Of The Tournament Was Ed DeSio. By
Winning The Tournament, He Recieved A Trophy And Was
Automatically Entered In Next Year's Tournament.
After The Tournament, There Was Balloting To Distuinguish
"The Yahoo Of The Year". All The Members
Were Handed
Ballots And They Voted Who They Thought Would Be The
Best Person. The Voting Was Audited By 2 Long-Time
Employees Of Sunset Bowl- Dom Galusha, And Bill O'Neil.
The Voting Was Announced, And The Winner Was Crowned
"King Yahoo" And To Everybody's
Suprise, The Winner
Was- The Founding Father Of The Club- Bob Tansley.
The Tournament Is On A One Year Hiatus, But Will
Resume Bigger And Better Next Year. Stay Tuned For
